About Steph

Steph was born in Liverpool, England but left home when she was just sixteen years old.

Since then she has lived in seven countries during her thirty years abroad before finally returning to her hometown in 2010. 
​
An avid reader Steph always dreamed about writing a book herself one day. She followed her dream and passion for writing in rhyme, and with the encouragement from those close to her she published her first children's book, Reach For The Stars in December 2020. In December 2021 the cheeky characters of Mischief Farm were introduced to the world in Steph's second book, Mischief Farm, Max Goes Missing.

Steph is also excited to collaborate with her sister Angela in her endeavour to 'Scatter the love of learning around the world'  through her Katie's Readers outreach programme.
